I bought these three years ago. They were my second pair of shoes, but perhaps because they were a small fit, my child outgrew them quickly after wearing them about 10 times. They are 13.5cm, but they fit well when my child was wearing New Balance 13cm shoes. The material has a brushed texture, so it may look a bit fuzzy, but that's how it originally was.
