Woofer Slim220 is a popper specifically designed for tuna. It floats at a near-horizontal angle, achieving an incredible bite rate when imitating flying fish bait. The deep cup creates bubbles and an attractive popping sound that lures tuna. Made of wood, which has a higher specific gravity than foam lures, wait a few seconds after each jerk before the next one. Tuna often bite during the pause. Durability is also excellent. Although 3/0 hooks are specified, using a 4/0 hook on the rear stabilizes the flight and reduces missed dives. I attached hooks and brought it on the boat, but I didn't have a chance to cast it.
