This elegant flared skirt features small white polka dots on a deep navy background. The waist has no elastic and is fastened with six navy buttons. There are discreet pockets on both sides. When I first bought it, the waist was a little tight, and I forced myself to wear it, which caused a small tear in the fabric around the second button (^_^;),,, although it's barely noticeable.
