I found this while cleaning out my parents' house. It has prescription lenses. Please replace the lenses. I couldn't find any noticeable scratches, but this is a casual inspection. Please forgive any oversights. There is no case. To prevent damage, I will put it in another case and ship it via Yu-Packet Post Mini.
