This is a Marc Jacobs shoulder bag! I fell in love with it a few years ago and bought it at Seibu Ikebukuro, but I haven't had many opportunities to use it, so I've only used it about 5 or 6 times. I'd like to pass it on since it's a waste to just have it sitting around! Overall, I think it's clean with no major stains, but there is a scratch-like mark on the shoulder strap in one place.
