This is "Addition Song" by Kumon Publishing. I received it new about 8 years ago. The "Addition Chart" is missing and not included. The CD is included. Overall, there are minor scratches, light stains, creasing, and yellowing/fading due to aging and sun exposure. In particular, there are dents, creasing, and some stains on the cover and the inside cover. There are also traces of where the addition chart was peeled off. The color pages inside have creasing from normal use (mostly indentations from turning the pages), aging, and sun exposure, but since it was only used during baby KUMON lessons, there are no noticeable stains or tears. I have included images of the most noticeable issues, but there are many minor imperfections that I haven't shown. The CD has light scratches and cloudiness on the disc surface, but it played without any problems on my home laptop. I haven't tested it on a CD player because I don't have one. Please consider purchasing only if you understand that this is a used item.
