This is a handmade practice garment for use in tea ceremony. It's designed so that kaishi (paper used in tea ceremony) won't fall out when placed inside. A fukusa (silk cloth) can also be stored. It's the type that ties at the back with strings. This is a child's size. It's made 5cm smaller in each dimension than the adult size. As an example, the 5th and 6th photos show the difference in size compared to the regular size (these two are not the product). Depending on the child's build, it's a guide for children around 130cm tall, or about the size of a second grader. Regular size in the same color is also available.
