I bought this for around 10,000 yen a few years ago. I dressed my children, who were born in January and March, in it. They were able to use it until they were just over 1 year old. It's very warm because it contains down, and the legs are separate, so you can put them in a stroller as is. The hands are covered. It's all zippers, so it's easy to put on and take off. There are no major stains, but there are some light stains like in the photos, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. It will be compressed for shipping.
