I've made a gentle, reusable adzuki bean heat pack. Adzuki beans are characterized by their high water content. When heated, they release moist (thermal) heat, warming you from the core. This adzuki bean heat pack is designed to warm the lower abdomen. The fabric enclosing the adzuki beans is made of two layers of double gauze (4 layers), and the cover drawstring bag is made of three layers of double gauze (6 layers), totaling 5 layers (10 layers). This makes it fluffy and soft to the touch, and it's carefully crafted to provide gentle, long-lasting warmth. The main body containing the adzuki beans is divided into small compartments to prevent the beans from shifting. 《How to Use》 ① Remove the main body (adzuki bean bag) from the cover and heat it in a 500W microwave for about 50 seconds. Adjust the time depending on your microwave model. ② Place the heated main body (adzuki bean bag) inside the cover and use. Please wait about 4 hours before using it again. Allow the adzuki beans to absorb moisture from the air and recover. It is said that it can be used about 200 times, but adzuki beans are edible. Please use it hygienically.
