Instruction manual included. Comes with a dedicated rice paddle. Used for about a year. It's a very good product, but I'm selling it because I don't use it much anymore due to being away from home often. After washing, I wiped it down with alcohol, but the smell of the fermented rice bran remains. There are scratches on the lid (photo 1). There is discoloration from the fermented rice bran on the draining basket (photo 7).
