I received this as a hand-me-down, so I don't know the size. However, I measured the head circumference myself and it's about 54cm. I think it's around a 2T-5T size, but the tag has been cut off because it's reversible, so it's unknown. (When I tried it on my 5-year-old, it fit on their head, but the chin strap was too short.) The color is a lighter blue than in the photos on the solid side. It appears a bit darker in the pictures. Please consider this item if you understand that it is a used item.
