Handmade Item A68 This is an unused tool set, a small hammer set for swords, used to remove the hilt (tsukamaki) of a Japanese sword. See photo 7 for an example of use. Using a separately sold mekugi-nuki (peg remover), you tap the wooden block with the small hammer as shown in the photo to remove the peg. Shipping will be via Yu-Packet Post using recycled materials.
