This is a low-rise, frilly mini skirt. It comes with inner shorts, so you can wear it on its own. The fabric is very soft and stretchy, making it comfortable to wear. It has been washed once and only tried on, so it's in good condition, but please forgive any oversights. Please check the size in the images.
