The coral part is about 8-9mm. I took the photos indoors at night, so the colors may be slightly different from the actual item. There is no case or special bag. My parents used to handle these when they ran a souvenir shop. It's said to be coral from Kochi Prefecture. It's new, but it has been stored in a warehouse for a long time. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
