A set of exercise bands and a ball, perfect for home training. I did "Curves at Home" for a few months last year, but it's hard to stay motivated at home. The ball is unused, and I've used the bands about 10 times. I've inflated the ball once to check for holes, just in case, and the bands have been washed.
