I used it on my pedalboard, but I haven't played guitar much in the last 5 years, so it has been stored in its box. There are some minor scratches from use, but it is in relatively good condition. I don't have a power supply, so I tested it with a DC9V battery, and it worked without any problems. The original box, bag, warranty card, and all other accessories are included. This overdrive produces a balanced distortion that is never harsh, like the sound of a 6L6 or 6V6 tube amp played "full throttle." It has two character switches, Edge (high-frequency boost) and Bottom (low-frequency boost), to adjust the tone according to the size and number of speakers in your amp. The key to its excellent sound is that it doesn't use a variable tone control, but instead boosts preset frequency bands with switches, ensuring that the signal passes through only the essential circuits. When both character switches are ON, you get a wide-range, edgy, hard drive sound, and the gain also increases.
