Germany, Steiff, circa 1950s-1960s. Material: mohair, glass eyes, embroidered nose, fishing line whiskers. With ear button and tag (twisted, so the print is unreadable). The ribbon is a later addition. The neck, arms, and legs are jointed and can be moved to create different expressions. Joints are a little loose. This one has a slightly squashed nose, but it has a cute face. It's an old item, so there's an overall feeling of dullness, but the tiger stripes are dark. No noticeable mohair loss is visible. Please forgive any oversights. When standing on all fours, the head height is about 16.5 cm. From the tip of the nose to the rear is about 18 cm.
