Rarely, fine dust may get between the rubber part of the stopper and the pin, causing air leakage. If there is air leakage, please remove the pin from the rubber and clean it. This product is not a genuine Vacu Vin product. Cannot be used for champagne (sparkling wine). Reducing the pressure inside the bottle will cause the bubbles to disappear. For sparkling wine, please use a pressurized stopper or a stopper that prevents pressure loss.
