This is likely a linen and cotton blend cut-and-sew top. It's a very nice item, made with careful sewing by the artist. The muted pink color is cute, and the frills on the sleeves give it an elegant feel, making it suitable for both everyday wear and special occasions. It can be worn as a tunic from around size 120, and will fit for a long time, up to around size 140. I'm selling it in size 130.
