This is a collaboration strap featuring Sanrio's My Melody and Puella Magi Madoka Magica. I purchased it at the Madoka Magica exhibition in 2014. The packaging isn't in the best condition, but the item itself is in good condition and unopened. It has been stored in a dark place. I believe it's a rare item, as I don't see it on the market very often.
