Aritsugu's brass bamboo-handled chiri renge (strainer spoon) with cherry blossom-shaped holes, from a long-established knife shop in Kyoto. It's said to be a favorite of Masaki of Hug O War, and I admired it so much that I bought it at the main store quite a while ago. I used it once for yudofu (boiled tofu) and then put it away.
