This is a folding outdoor chair from Snow Peak. As it's Snow Peak, I believe the quality is good. Although I haven't used it much, there are some dark stains (mold?) from storage. They might come off with washing or cleaning. You can find more details by searching online. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
