This is a rechargeable Type-C EMS neck massager. *This is not a medical device. I purchased this several years ago and it is unused (only tested for functionality), having only read the instruction manual. Please note that a charging cable is not included. The instruction manual has minor signs of aging from storage, but there are no issues with reading the content. The main unit was tested once and functioned without any problems.
