I purchased this book new and read it once. After that, it was stored on a bookshelf. Only two pages have a folded corner, as shown in the third image. (I folded the corners of pages I found particularly interesting so I could easily revisit them.) Otherwise, I think it's in relatively good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as it has been stored by a private individual and assessed by a layman.
