The jacket and jewel case show signs of wear and tear typical of used items (stains, scratches, chipped parts, etc.). The disc surface has some scratches. CD cases that are severely damaged (large cracks, missing parts) will be replaced with less damaged cases before shipping (except for multi-CD sets like 2CDs). The sound quality was not an issue. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for the same quality as a new item, as this is a used item. Thank you for your understanding.
