The shoulders are slightly puffed sleeves, and the cuffs are short and flared. The skirt is gathered below the bust and flares out in a short length. A thick black hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the back. ⚫︎ The drawers-like pants worn underneath have elastic gathered at the waist and above the hem. They flare out slightly.
