This is a Columbia reversible jacket. One side is polyester, and the other is a fleece-like fabric. It's a size M, but it's a large M, so you can easily layer a hoodie or something underneath. It depends on the person's build. I think it would work for women too. I fell in love with it at a used clothing store and bought it, but I ended up not wearing it at all, so I'm selling it.
