I bought this for a wedding and wore it a few times. The color is navy. The length is about 96cm, and it comes to just above the knee on me (I'm 163cm tall). The waist has cute ruffles. It's a free size, but it should fit someone who usually wears a size 9. I was complimented on the beautiful color when I wore it. Recommended for those who like blue系 colors. There are no tags, but it has been dry cleaned. There are no noticeable stains, but there may be some overlooked. Also, the front ruffles are falling forward, possibly due to how it was stored.
