I have been using this pedal since I purchased it new. It has only been used at home. When turning each knob, there is crackling noise. Unlike the "scratchiness" of a bad connection, it only occurs while turning the knobs, so I haven't had any issues using it. Aluminum knobs are known to be prone to noise during operation. Please assess the condition of the product based on the photos. This fuzz pedal allows for versatile adjustment of its character, and it has the characteristic fuzz sound that can go from full fuzz to crunch when you roll back your guitar's volume.
