Handmade Item A13 This is an unused tool set, a small sword mallet, used to remove the hilt (tsukamaki) of a Japanese sword, which is called "tsukamae." See photo 5 for an example of use. Using a separately sold mekugi-nuki (peg remover), you tap the wooden block with the mallet as shown in the photo to remove the peg. Shipping: Planned via Yu-Packet Post using recycled paper.
