This is a toothbrush for dogs. I bought it at the animal hospital for 750 yen. I tried it thinking it might work for my dog, who hates having his teeth brushed, but he wouldn't even let me put it in his mouth. I've taken it out once, but haven't used it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Part of the box is torn from when I opened it.
