This is a blouson by MacNeilie Brothers. It has an indigo-dyed look. The fabric is thick, like duck canvas. It seems SHIPS used to carry it (I purchased it secondhand). It's simple, but the slash pockets are a feature, and I think the storage capacity is excellent.
