This is a two-item set. I purchased it for winter use. It's used, but there are no noticeable stains. It still feels soft and is usable. The tag on the bear sleeper has been cut off. It's easy to put on and take off even when the baby is lying down, and can be used for newborns and up. I am selling outgrown children's clothes, women's & men's clothing, books, and other items I no longer use at home, as I'm decluttering. Due to work and childcare, I may be slow to respond.
