This is a passbook case from the (former) Shimizu City Agricultural Cooperative in the 1980s. It's a vibrant blue, with the cooperative's logo and name printed in gold on the front. On October 1, 1972, nine agricultural cooperatives in the former Shimizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, merged to form the "Shimizu City Agricultural Cooperative (Nickname: JA Shimizu City)".
