This bath salt is made with mineral-rich sea salt for a clear view. Soaking slowly in the bathwater, which is full of dissolved salt, promotes sweating. Add an appropriate amount (2 tablespoons) to the hot water in your bathtub and mix well before bathing. The herbs included in the bath salt will not dissolve in the water. It has a wonderful rose fragrance.
