This is a lovely, adult-cute blouse made of 100% silk, featuring tulle puff sleeves and small ruffles on the placket. The puff sleeves have two layers of tulle, and the cuffs are elasticated. I've worn it only twice, but after home washing, I was hesitant to iron it due to the 100% silk material, so the wrinkles aren't completely gone. It's not perfectly ironed. I think it would look much better if you had it dry cleaned.
