This is a dress I bought in Hongdae, South Korea. The sleeves and the hem of the skirt are sheer. It comes with an inner lining, so you can wear it without a petticoat! The inner lining reaches about knee-length, and the part below the knee is sheer, which is cute! Also, the waist is cinched at a high position, making you look stylish^^ It doesn't really suit me...
