This is a hooded parka with a scarf from the early 2000s by Jill Stuart. A scarf-like fabric is sewn inside the zipper, and when the zipper is fully closed, only the hood part of the scarf fabric is exposed, and when the zipper is fully opened, all of the scarf fabric is exposed, creating a silhouette as if you are wearing a scarf over your head. There are several other ways to wear it, such as folding it in. The fabric is also incredibly comfortable. This is probably quite rare even among Jill Stuart items.
