This is a rather retro horse figurine. The words "Made in Kanagawa Prefecture" can be seen on the back. It's a bit problematic, as you can see overall, but the horse itself leans forward slightly, and the spring isn't centered, which I, as an amateur, can't fix. I think it could be straightened by inserting something between the base and the horse. Also, the color has faded overall compared to when it was new due to aging.
