This is a fuzz/noise oscillator from the personal brand ugou_electronik. It's for generating harsh noise. Apparently, it uses the vicious AglyFace circuit. It's from a personal brand almost 10 years ago, so it might be considered rare. There's no way to explain how to use it, so please experiment with it. It probably can't be used with a guitar. Think of it as noise-only.
