They are labeled as foreign size 29, which I think is around 16cm in Japanese size. The outside of the shoe measures about 17.5cm with a Japanese measuring tape. For reference, my daughter's foot size is about average, but they were a little big when she was in the year before kindergarten, just right in kindergarten, and she forced herself to wear them for elementary school entrance while saying they hurt (ノ≧≦)☆ The soles of the shoes are dirty, but the shoes themselves have no noticeable scratches or stains.
