The condition is that it's been around for a while, but overall, I think it's in good shape. However, there is some bubbling, like air bubbles, in various places on the jacket. The size is 3L, but I'll give you an idea. For a man who is 170cm tall, it feels like there's a little room even when wearing a fleece or sweater underneath, so I think it's good for winter fishing trips.
