This is a pleated skirt by Hiromichi Nakano. The color appears black at first glance, but I believe it's actually a dark navy when compared. It was mainly used for school closing and opening ceremonies, as well as other ceremonies. It has been worn approximately 10-20 times. It closes with a zipper and hook on the side, and there is a pocket on the right side. There is no lining. Originally, the waist had elastic and was adjustable, but the elastic has stretched and it is no longer possible to adjust the size. (Please refer to the flat measurements.) For reference, my child, who is around 130cm tall and of average build, was able to wear it without any problems. I believe it can be worn without any noticeable stains or damage. Also, there are some areas where the pleats are slightly loose, so if you are concerned, please re-iron them.
