Thank you for viewing. This is a yoga rug from yogaworks. It is used by placing it on top of a yoga mat during hot yoga lessons. This is a used item that I used when I was attending the school. I didn't use it very often, so I think the non-slip backing is still functional. How about it for those who are starting yoga or want to try it out? I've quit yoga, so...
