This is a vintage Surf&Sea cap. It's a cap sold at Surf & Sea, a long-established surf shop in Haleiwa, North Shore, Hawaii. It seems that the current model has an "N" on the back. The size can be adjusted with Velcro, so it's probably quite old. The color scheme is also very cool.
