This is a minifigure of Iron Man MK37 from LEGO Super Heroes Iron Skull Sub Attack 76048. It was opened 3-4 years ago and kept in a case as part of a collection, so there are no scratches. The Iron Man head parts have changed now, and production of this Iron Man helmet has been discontinued. Also, this Iron Man was only included in this set, making it a valuable minifigure. As a bonus, I'm including four orange clear parts. Of course, it's genuine LEGO. Please consider purchasing.
