This is a Shirley Temple beret I bought about 20 years ago. I fell in love with it at first sight because of the cute tail design. The tail is a brooch and can be removed. It's listed as free size (52-56cm). It's for children, but adults can wear it too. I'm not very good at wearing hats, but I remember this beret being stretchy and easy to wear without hurting my head. It's an old item, but it's very cute, so I recommend it (*^*)
