This is a cooking strainer/skimmer. Originally, there was a larger skimmer, but it has been sold. This is the medium-sized one. A skimmer, also known as a strainer, is used to drain water from noodles boiled in a large pot. You often see this in restaurants. It is unused. If you like it, please consider purchasing it.
