TAC Real Estate Appraiser Course 2023 Goal for Passing This is a complete set of textbooks, lecture notes, and practice tests (with some missing items) distributed when I applied for the 1.5-year L course. I will also include the "Shortest Path to Passing Administrative Regulations" textbook, which I purchased separately. I applied in May 2022 for approximately 500,000 yen. Since I only took the short answer exam, the textbooks for Appraisal Theory and Administrative Regulations are basically unused. (I have made some notes in the Civil Law textbook because I studied it in advance.) The Appraisal Theory textbook has a lot of notes, and I have stapled my own summaries for the essay section to the pages. ※See attached photos (Please rest assured that I have not stapled them in a way that obscures the original text.) Also, although not shown in the photos, I will ship all the lecture handouts, practice tests, and mock exam questions and answers that I have at home. However, please understand that some items are missing and not all are complete, and that they will be sent in a disorganized order. Regarding the DVDs, I was once told by a buyer that they could not be played. However, I was able to play them on my home PC, so please understand that they may not be playable depending on the buyer's device. For this listing, the main items are the textbooks, practice tests, etc., and the DVDs are more of an extra. (The price is set with this in mind.) It is very expensive to buy from TAC, so I recommend studying with this set and then taking additional mock exams, etc., aiming to pass in 2026 or 2027.
