This is a coat dress (long sleeve) and a dress (short sleeve) from Everyman, produced by Keiko Igata. They were made in a London workshop in Hampstead using high-quality fabric woven at the long-established British mill, Marling & Evans. I believe they cost around 40,000 to 50,000 yen each. I loved these pieces very much, but recently the size and design no longer suit me, so I'm offering them to someone who will appreciate them more.
